I like living in my little bubble. Carefully crafted with positivity and good intentions. Eagerly shared with those I care for. I am at a time and place in my life when and where my inner peace is inviolable.

Honestly, I don't give a shit anymore about hearing opposing views that are purely toxic and in many cases outright lies.

Sometimes there are NOT two sides to every story of equal validity or merit.

Fall is here.

Everybody talks about how therapy is beneficial for mental health. But rarely discussed is the mental, emotional, and physical pain of the therapy hangover for days after.

Live in those moments as hard as they may be. They are also helpful for processing and healing.

Personally, I put the scented t-shirt of a favorite person on a pillow and use that 'shoulder' to cry on. Whatever works!

I absolutely love the sun and need sunshine in my life on a daily basis. However, I don't need the ridiculous heat and humidity. I am soooo happy to have the beautiful, soft Autumn breezes that gently push the sheer curtains away from the windows. Know what that says to me?? It's "curl up in a comfy chair for reading" weather!
