I have a hard time being quiet.

I do not mean that I am loud in decibel, but I have a hard time constraining myself and refraining from on-going dialog.. even if it is only with Vato or myself.

There are so many things on my mind that battle for acknowledgment, by putting the words into the air, it frees up space for new combatants.

But really, there is just so much love in my heart that I feel stifled if I don't release it into the universe.

It's hard some days.
