We are coming up on a 3rd anniversary here in Coso. Through all these days I have noticed a few things.

This has become THE place to be when we are individually and globally facing hardship. It's the place we run to for the encouraging word or the much needed laugh. It's the place we reach out to with arms open to embrace each other in times of need. It's the first place we run to when sharing important news.

We have created and cemented bonds. We are #CoSoFamily .
We are all needed.

I have the scary feeling that very soon CoSo will be the only place relatively untouched by the Trump insanity. Not that CoSoNauts ourselves will be untouched, as we are all impacted to some degree by his dumbfuckery, but that this will be the place of refuge from reality.

As the US government continues to unravel into a travesty with no regard for ethics, I am so glad for CoSo.

I consider myself privileged to still have a paycheck coming in, to be within 15 minutes of over 20 stores that sell groceries, and the ability to go out and find what our family needs. I'm well aware not everyone has the same.

If you should find yourself in need of toilet paper, paper towels, or even bread, I would be happy to help and mail some to you.

In my view, the most wonderful aspect of CoSo is the positive energy which vibrates at a higher frequency, when a communal effort is employed to offer the gifts of peace, support, compassion, and love, towards another in need. And damn.. every time I come on CoSo, you never fail me, or any other.

It doesn't matter who is seeking- we jump in to give. It's a universal force that cannot be contained.

Two times of the year are my busiest work bonanzas.. Mid May-Mid June and the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
