Pillows. Let's have some pillow talk.
Can anybody recommend a good pillow? Maybe an orthopedic pillow?
Neck discomfort is really interfering with my sleep, and the run of the mill Sealy pillow set from Costco just isn't cutting it.
I see outrageous prices and outrageous claims for a variety of pillows claiming to cure what ails you, but I can't afford to try them all out.
FWIW I am a side and back sleeper.
What do you use? What would you recommend? TIA.
@BlueStateBabe As I’ve aged I’ve moved from one pillow to two. But the pillow under my head has always been a medium thick foam pillow. One non-contoured piece because I don’t like the feeling of jumbled pieces. The pillows at my grandmother’s house were down filled and I hated the little feather ends poking through. They run about $70 and can be found at stores like Dillard’s or Bed Bath and Beyond.
