@ExecutiveFunction404 The student was in first grade, six years old, and shot the teacher in the stomach after an altercation. No word on what the altercation was or how the student obtained the gun.

Insane. Just absolutely dumbfounding.
I can only assume the child got the gun from the parents. Because who else? An older sibling? One old enough to purchase a firearm? The gap wouldn't be unheard of, but it's certainly rare.
