I originally joined Twitter for new updates. I've always been a news and politics junkie. I checked in more than a few times even on the slowest news days.
But I've changed. I've burned out. I've grown even more introspective.

As I see my favorite journalists and correspondents list the places they will be moving to should Twitter crash as predicted, I find I have no desire to follow any of them anywhere.

And it's bringing such peace to a small part of me that I didn't even know was unsettled.
