@JanetZumba_FalPals I have three lumbar discs that would call it a “butt load”. As I’ve told my wife, if I stop doing house projects it means I’ve given into pain & age. I’m not giving in anytime soon.
@CanisPundit so what do you do for spinal disc pain?

@JanetZumba_FalPals that’s a tough one. Non-narcotic medication doesn’t quite do it. So it’s attitude, meditative practice m, TENS unit, and PT exercises. I’ve had lumbar epidural steroid injections with mixed results. How about you?

Occasionally my left knee feels weird (like it is loose). I'm gonna need to get it checked out.
