@GaryPoole having been shown the door after three merger/acquisitions I appreciate your acceptance. In #3 while most around me were freaking out on the news I was in a Buddha-like state accepting the impermanence.
@GaryPoole @CanisPundit Often what feels painful on the front end becomes a blessing with the gift of perspective and hindsight. Had you gone with the new company, you're out in the wild, whereas now you maintain the connection to those who value you. I watched it happen when my division was sold and then the morons who sold it asked to buy it back.

@CanisPundit Luckily for me, while the station is being sold, I'm staying with the parent company. So not out of a job, just moving on to other things.
