@BagOfLazers I remember the first time I went into one. I just stood there, mouth agape, at the wonder and horror of it all.

I get that it's medicated. I get you can use too much. But I ran competitively, I have done a fair bit of long distance hiking. I have used all the pain creams. ALL of them.

The pharmacist was supposed to talk to me about some over the counter stuff I got. Like, it's Voltaren, not fentanyl

blargh. We have one academic system we don't control and it seems to have lost grades for a quiz for a teacher. Their logs have no record of her marking. so yeah, blargh. (this, by the way, is why I wish all our teachers would use moodle).

@rpardee BUT! my wife is lifting more weight and doing exercises she never was able to do before, and I'm slowly building back up to my old levels, but now with proper form. What I could do even 5 years ago through sheer force of will is no longer smart.

@rpardee interval. We go to a small gym near us. The woman who runs it has degrees and shit and we pay her a fairly outrageous amount to torture us.

Tonight is HITT workout night. And I'm a bit scared, because I'm a bit tuckered out.
