@rcpmac Sorry. So, erm.. the big ones on the education side are Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, D2L and erm.. there's Sakisomething. There are too many to name on the commercial side. And they buy each other all the time. Basically they allow you to host a variety of learning activities and assessments,. Most have SCORM (or another standard) compliance so you can use elearning authoring tools and make packages to put on them.

@Camerondotca I know that kind of pain. We're currently trying to get Chairs and Deans to sign off on the formats of the electronic course evaluations for this semester. Deadlines are apparently only for students.
