I tried to time this to go in the oven after dark, but it ended up being after midnight...
I'm jealous! Still too warm to bake here.
I started this yeast dough at about 6PM. It rose pretty fast and so I punched it back down and put it in the fridge to slow it down a bit... As I was watching a movie later I suddenly remembered the bread.. at about 11:30... I took it out of the fridge and shaped the loaf and let it rise in the pan but it was still so cold and took a long time. I finally put it in the oven around 1AM... That really wasn't the plan I started with 😀
