I'm thinking of taking a break from news. All news. All election, scotus, issues coverage. All of it.
GOP bangs on about the demise of our party and so what - they were doing the same thing in the election before every previous Democratic victory. But now the supposedly unbiased news is full of the last gasp of the left. And Dems themselves are gnashing their teeth and tearing their hair instead of knuckling down and getting to it.
It's harshing my summer.

Do whatever you need to do to protect your mental health. We will still be here. I take mini breaks of a day or two or 3, to gain perspective and boost my resilience until the next break. 🤗
