When George Floyd was killed, our local newspaper ran an article on plans for a protest. Organizers had worked with the police to plan a peaceful gathering. Yet 5 minutes after the article appeared, "planned protest" was suddenly "planned riot" according to the alarmist right-wing shit-for-brains on Next Door.

Sometimes I think we've grown too comfortable, too complacent. We have too much to risk, tho most of it is useless. Nobody has to scare us. We'll do that ourselves.
