First we need to see what Cannon does with it. She could exclude critical evidence, dismiss the case -- or even rule a directed verdict which would preclude a retrial.
With her attached, it's harder to think justice has much of a shot

Georgia & New York are state crimes. I feel pretty confident about them.

I'm thinking the best chances to make him go away are in the state courts. It would be nice if federal courts led the way but I'm not counting on it.
I trust Smith. He has an excellent reputation for strict honesty & attention to detail. But once he turns it over to the DOJ, he's no longer involved in any decisions.
@BrazenlyLiberal @BrianHjelleVirologist
the current indictment seems very well crafted...
I wish the right wingers would concede that it was voted on by American citizens who were presented the evidence and not a political construct from Biden personally.
@tgraph52 @BrianHjelleVirologist
The indictment couldn't be better. It's damn near perfect. It should guarantee a conviction by any reasonable unbiased jury. I'm not confident any jury will have a chance to hear the case before election day and/or before a great deal of additional damage is done.
@BrazenlyLiberal @BrianHjelleVirologist
having to deal with security issues involving each document in question is a problem... and time consuming
not to mention whatever legal wrenches Cannon and Trump's top notch legal team (hahahaha) can throw in the works

Smith will be bringing federal J6 indictments I hope, in NY or DC
