Making gluten-free vegan onion gravy. It’s essentially concentrated French onion soup, recipe by moi. Way better than turkey gravy.

I celebrated by going out and getting the latest COVIS jab. And the seasonal flu one.
For Noir-vember, tonight's film was the Cohen brothers' tragically underrated The Man Who Wasn't There. OMG. James Gandolfini, ScarJo, Billy Bob, and the amazeballs Francis McD are all scintillating in this late noir-omage.
I spent 12 hours today doing the work version of solving sudoku; trying to wind down now but my Kindle is out of battery. :(
