One thing that working with drones made me realize is that insects are ignorant of the state of the art optics rigs they carry around effortlessly.

@scottyorange And power system. They can literally refuel almost anywhere with a ridiculous variety of fuel specs.
@Boyceaz I once had a ladybug hitch a ride on one of my drones. I saw it on the drone when I changed the battery and then the next battery change it was still there. I hope the blades didn't hurt it when it leapt off of the drone. Will never know. I have a picture somewhere.
@Boyceaz exactly, if they knew what I was trying to do with the drones they would probably be thinking, "wow, what an amateur"
