@Blue_Skyesr_here I could have easily mistaken the AI for a real therapist during the conversations I had with it but I use it as a tool between session appointments to help me when I'm getting overwhelmed or struggling with my mental disorders.
@Blue_Skyesr_here I've actually been testing this. The AI is actually scripted to pick up on keywords used by the person they are conversing with to help guide them to resources and services to help them. It's actually a pretty good way of using AI. There are some AI therapy tools that are not really that well scripted and the one I'm using is written and guided by real therapist and doctors in the field. The tool that to AI exists Project Cadmus and was renamed as an app to Habit of Living.
