This week I started getting off sugar & caffeine. I'm on day 4.

Im doing this because I'm traveling in a few weeks to parts of the 🌎 where a coffee finding coffee is difficult (been through this a few times before). So it's just easier to get use to no caffeine. Likewise, Sugar is a rare commodity.

I'm going through withdrawal symptoms 👇 & craving chocolate, ice cream and iced coffee. 😵‍💫🫨😬
