This from a senior engineer with 30 years of exp, cant figure out a wireless issue. Sigh.

😂 that reminds me...
when i was in college i worked tech support in a unit dedicated to helping top school officials, because i was the only one that could resolve issues and keep a straight face.
The most memorable incident was when I arrived at a well known science chair's office to help him with his "pc cup holder".
