Florida is making hate speech legal, and if you attempt to punish someone for using hate speech against you.
That person can sue you for 35K.

Like if I say something about you that’s not true
And you try to sue me for libel
I can’t magically come back and uno reverse card the lawsuit to sue you for libel per se
I don't see this, if it's passed, standing up in court.
But it could still cause a lot of problems in the meantime.

If I do libel against you
I can’t just uno-reverse card and charge you tor libel pro-se. even if the state changed the laws to allow this….it’s a classic violation of free speech.
Harmful speech has never been protected as free speech, the same reasoning would apply if I used my speech to motivate someone to violence or lie under oath.
