For the past 19 years, I have stayed in on Halloween to prepare a huge feast for the kids and their friends for when they return from trick-or-treating with my wife and the other Moms and Dads.
This is the first year my kids are off doing their "own thing," and it feels really weird.
I suppose I can focus on giving out candy and whatnot, but it just doesn't feel the same...

[I'm transplanted far away from all friends and family, I'm from the Boston area, living outside of Albany. In other words, I'm DOOMED...lol!]
@JasonCrocker616 takes time to build up a network but it models healthy socializing for the kiddos anyways...abd they don't feel so guilty for leading their own lives :)
