- ascribes intent to Jack Smith without evidence

- "Gutted" case, except it's the same in almost everything but the Jeffery Clark allegations

- says he filed a new indictment "endorsed by" a new grand jury. There's no indictment without a grand jury referral. They aren't an editorial board. That's the process
