I'm no warrior but it's been obvious that Russia is at war with the west for quite some time now. Don't they actually say so openly? Them and Iran? And... China, I don't know what's up with them but I think they're trying to hack everybody.
It's a weird feeling to be at war but it's not an openly declared war and 95% of it is cyber or psyops.
