@Bix Hm, wonder where these numbers come from, and if they're correct? I don't know. That seems *very* small! For an election year! Have they perhaps already spent their money, or are they perhaps anticipating a flood of funds from foreign donors? I feel like this is a problem for a forensic accountant. (Which is a thing.
