I read the 14th Amendment, it didn't seem complicated as Milton's "Paradise Lost" (from my 12th grade English class).
This is going to be the "split the baby" decision: he stays in the ballot in a decision based in whether states are the executors of #Amendment14.3, but will NOT win in his immunity claims, which in the end are the more consequential finding....
