@LSWellesley I like Stephen Batchelor’s meditation where you think about the fact that death is certain and it’s time uncertain. Then you ask yourself “What should I do right now?”

@BipolarArtist Yes. Yes. Perhaps as good a question: “How shall I be now? What shall I look for, listen for? How shall I listen to the song of myself?”
