#bipolar and #mentalhealth peeps - I'm curious as to what your favorite #selfcare activity is. I usually go for #knitting - something I try to make time for every day. I also find other creative outlets to be a huge help with stress, and make a bigger impact than something like taking a bubble bath. (not knocking that - just not my thing) So what's your fav? 🤔
@ekg1976 depends on what I am in the mood for. Art is always very healing for me, and I work in a few different media. But if I am feeling a bit flat then reading is the best.
