#gaming #destiny2 This past weekend Destiny 2 had a weapon crafting bug that allowed players to make guns that felt like they were playing Borderlands. Its super fun.

A buddy was unable to make them himself tried to link his PSN account with Steam to let his kid make him one. He ended up linking the wrong way giving him a blank account. Since he had in game store currency there is a delay to unlink this so has locked himself out for 60 days 😂

Just sent in my passport for renewal yesterday, which should bring it back early December.

I have 2 options that i'm looking at... if it isn't too cold around here yet, go see the northern lights, if it is too cold go back to see the sloths

Yesterday I brought doughnuts to the office and today I did a breakfast burrito run.

Lunchtime came around and I was on a call and everyone up and went out to a local restaurant just before my call ended. When they got back they were all, "why didn't you come out with us?" Nobody realized that they all just left, nobody attempted to ask how much longer my call was going to be, or if I wanted to go.

Guess my days of doing the extra food things are over.

Every time I set my filters to stop certain names/topics from showing up, someone comes up with a new nickname and I have to start from scratch

Why are we still in an era of applying for jobs from LinkedIn and are directed to a company's application site to have to upload your same resume and/or fill out an application that asks all of the same questions in the resume that they have you upload.

Even worse is when you are directed to the site on your mobile and have to redo it from your computer only to find out it isn't friendly about restarting the application process

Riddle me this, if trump is the gop candidate next year and a patchwork of (blue) states forbid him from being on their ballots for 14th amendment reasons, how does that play with the electoral college? With no valid gop candidates would that hand those states to the dems? Just looking at the 10000 ft view I’m aware there will be crazy litigation if it happened

Went to the Peruvian place I just discovered in town. It’s one of 2 in the state. High chance I’ll be back on the weekend. I was in park in 2014 and it both took me back and improved, not as sketch as the local diners where I ate down there 😂 #foodporn

That age old vicious cycle... you get a new skill that you want to find a new job to use it because the current one silos things off to much.

Only new places want experience in said skill to consider candidates, and you can't get the better experience unless you can get a job doing the work, rinse repeat

I haven't seen a in a while. The last few that I have been on for in realtime I haven't seen either and I'm usually in the firehose. Oh well, nothing that will be missed anyway

New Jr level guy at work and something doesn't sit right for me. He's mid 20's, Air Force vet but his attitude seems disinterested and unengaged.

Days at home he always slouches, never looks at the camera and frequently steps away. Days at office and he is more engaged about nerf shootouts or lock picks than learning his job roles.

The other guys say they've only seen the nerf stuff, and I'm trying to figure out if its his background, personality, or if he isn't the self motivated type

You ever see something and wonder how a bunch of smart people can be so dumb?

I had a class end last week and the instructor posted in our community forum that she fell behind and didn't get to sending out certificates of completion, but will this next week.

This was followed by half the class posting that they haven't received their certificate yet and asked if there are alternate ways to receive them.

Got some sweet cherries since they were on sale and these things take me back to being a kid. Would be on the road trip with my dad and we'd stop at the random farm stand on the side of the road, get these things and spit the pits out the windows as we went down the road.

Set up my prime day doorbell, and I only zapped myself twice.

I did attempt to flip off the breaker but after hitting all of them that weren't obviously not the one (range, A/C, water heater, etc...) my volt meter never shown a loss of power but 20 volts isn't that much to worry about.
