Also hoping that I will someday be able to add my avatar and header. There's some technical issue I don't understand. Can't post any photos of any kind right now.😭
@Barbramon1 have you hit " edit profile" on your home page?
Is it possible that they"re too big to download & you may have to edit them to post them?
@Darkenyght1701 I've been able to create a bio on the edit profile page, but when I select header or avi field nothing happens. I also cannot post photos. When I select camera icon nothing happens. Thoughts?
@Barbramon1 tried logging out and then back in to see if that fixes it?
Other than that, only thing I can suggest is repost the problem, and hashtag # help on the post.
Hopefully someone who's been on here longer than I have will be able to suggest something.

Sometimes when I go to post a picture, it doesn't work right away.
Try posting a picture, and if/ when it bounces you back, reclick your pic & hit the icon again.
It's worked for me
@Darkenyght1701 It will not let me even choose a photo. Nothing happens when I click on the fields. Thanks for the suggestion to use help hashtag. I'll try it.

Your experience is not something I've heard before. One thing I wonder is what browser you're using & if maybe you need to whitelist CoSo in some kind of built-in ad-blocker (many Chromium browsers have this & it can prevent CoSo from working right. I had to whitelist CoSo with my JavaScript killer). I can see no reason you wouldn't be able to upload a pic, & it may fix if you Ctrl+F5.
Plz don't take it wrong if I add a pic of the basic process.
@FernLovebond @Darkenyght1701 I am not really tech savvy and really don't understand Java Script Killer, whitelist, F5, etc.
Thank you for providing illustrations, but my experience ends on the first step. Nothing happens when I click to upload Avi or header.
The buttons simply don't work. I have easily uploaded photos to other platforms so it's puzzling. Will continue to explore.

Let's start a little simpler then: what browser and system are you using?
Also, have you tried to just log-out, close your browser, and log back in? Sometimes that can reset issues with using normal functions.
I don't know any reason the "Choose file" buttons wouldn't work, so let's just try and tackle it a step at a time. 🙂

@FernLovebond @Darkenyght1701 I worked on the problem for a couple of hours and was finally able to fix the problem from my PC. The PC is new, and was having issues with folders. Still not totally sorted out, but I have an avi and a header now.
Still can't post photos from my phone, but that's OK for the moment. Will work on it when I've recovered my patience.

@Barbramon1 Profile picture and header must be less than 2MB.
Pictures must be less 8MB.

@kel Thanks for the tip, but I can't even select a photo. I am on the edit profile page. When I click on the avi or header fields nothing happens. Same with trying to post photos. Any thoughts?

@kel It does not work. Nothing happens when I click on chose file. Also nothing happens when I click on camera icon. Have tried multiple times. Something is fundamentally wrong.

I haven't seen anyone else with this issue, so it's most likely something on your end.
