@BFBucky1 The hills were brutal. The 65 mile arise we did from Philly to Atlantic City was easier.

I read a report on a guy that rode his wheelchair across country. He said PA and eastern US were the worst because of the steep grades. Out Wes the grades are not as steep

Clearly he avoided Colorado. Much higher grades.

@LnzyHou I do not know. He might depend on the roads he took. I only know the road from Denver to Golden. I was in the AF and we would tour the brewery. If we were in uniform we would be served free beer at the bar!

Golden not high altitude. Although city of Denver 5,250’ in elevation.

@LnzyHou I looked up the steepest highway grade. The worst is listed as the Sonora Pass in CA at 26%.
