Welp. It's official. I'm prediabetic. Does anyone have websites or cookbook suggestions to help me get this under control? Because the information is a little overwhelming.

@BADeMorte a session with a good nutritionist. and a glucose monitor to figure out what foods eaten at what time of day have the most effect on blood sugar (everyone is different). A short walk after dinner and no evening snacking can make a huge difference for some people.

@AmserJ That's one of my big problems. I work nights and overnights so my eating schedule is odd to say the least

@BADeMorte I guess maybe try to avoid eating within a few hours of your sleep time. I have been dealing with prediabetes for over a year and getting a handle on eating had made a huge difference. I had to stop reading the PD subreddit because everyone is pretty alarmist over there and it really freaked me out. Once I had a good talk with a nutritionist I realized I can do this. Good luck!

@AmserJ I am looking into a dietitian and seeing if that can help. Thank you!
