They just told me I might get to go home tomorrow, for the 3rd day in a row, and I said no, I'm going home today, I've had enough. My son needs me and I'm getting really depressed. I've been managing my own pain since 2011, so I think I can handle it. They're holding me back, and I'm DONE. I want to go home!

@Aubrey_in_Idaho Don't know what your surgery was about, but I'm glad you're improving. If your insurance doesn't throw you out of the hospital before the surgery sutures are tied, you most likely really need to be there. But what do I know?

@poemblaze they removed a stone from my bile duct, which is normally an outpatient procedure. I ended up with pancreatitis, so we just needed it to calm down. It hasn't caused me any pain in two days, so I should be fine. ๐Ÿ˜

@Aubrey_in_Idaho Again, glad your pancreas is doing better. My pancreas is revolting: I'm Type 2 diabetic.

@Aubrey_in_Idaho It's not painful, just a bit annoying in not getting to eat all the sweets and carbs I want.
