Judges on the Supreme Court seem to be able to get away with anything.

Not only that, but corrupt people will pay you for all sorts of things, just as long as you vote their way.

Easy work, if you can get away with it...

Sometimes I feel like a my very existence repels all forms of success, achievement, wealth, etc., that I want to create in my life, besides the most minimal form of survival, if I'm mostly helped by others to survive...

In the USA, we have this funny document called the Constitution, which is peppered with many Amendments, the 1st few giving us certain "freedoms" or "inalienable rights," which we are finding are not so free or inalienable, if a politician in power can make a law against it.
