well, do you like mashed potatoes? Because I was endeavoring to make a potato soup, apparently forgot what I was doing and ended up with a giant pot of mashed potatoes 😂 ooops. @jdtasker

for these i took a page out of our Belgian Gpa’s book and mixed a raw egg in (it cooks in the hot potato) he grew up in the 30s and 40s in Belgium and I think they did this to increase the nutrition in their potatoes. I’m not sure it actually affects the flavor to be honest… I also finally grated some sharp cheddar cheese on top, not pictured. 👏 @jdtasker
