Don’t get me started. Eating sounds out me into not fight or flight, but FIGHT. It has been a huge challenge in getting a grip on my wired responses. And I’m still not there. My husband never believed me till he read about it somewhere.

😂 It’s a serious thing!! I can’t get a grip. I have to leave the room if possible (I used to share an office with my work partner and the moment he opened up the soup container I had to evacuate. There was just no way!) , or I just have to start making a lot of noise, what is just weird 😂😂it’s so BAD @ATXJane
