Ya'll a question, if this is what we see, it means we WILL see notifications from a user, yes? because it's NOT toggled to the blue side?
@Armchaircouch Correct. Unchecking that option is a "soft mute". You won't see them unless they mention you. #CoSoTips

@Armchaircouch That's what I would think. It looks like hiding them is what is turned off.
