I love being able to spend just 15 minutes to solve a complex need because I'm just that good at what I do. Also, I took detailed notes on the procedures so I don't have to count on my memory. Not that I don't remember, but it helps with tiny details.

It must be Thursday. I could never get the hang of Thursdays.

Ugh, why do people working on site have to be so entitled? Quite honestly getting tired of the "but I want it" attitude from a certain set of people who cannot accept "higher ups say no". We do not control that decision. We can offer alternatives. Get over it.
