I'm all for the fact that MDOT SHA limits mowing and trimming for many reasons, all are good. But problems areas like this should still be regularly addressed.

Sometimes being a good citizen involves notifying State Highway Services that they need to clear overgrown foliage at an intersection. Trying to cross a 55MPH road from a side street is harrowing when you can't see oncoming cars. I even grabbed a map screenshot so I could highlight the area most in need of work.

Yes, I went through the web page directly, not with any link in an e-mail. Been doing this long enough to know better. The e-mail seem legit enough, so it could be an attempt to hack access. Now it's going to be a lot harder.

There is a downside to working on site when I am caught up with my tasks. I still have 5 hours to my work day and I'm feeling restless. No, I'm not actively seeking "busy" work. But I did clean my office.

I'm seeing more talk about fascist DA's demanding access to out-of-state medical information regarding possible abortion care. This is to remind you (and any providers) that Maryland recently enacted 2 laws to prevent this:

Whelp, getting a new car dash camera today. Yesterday, I saw that the cam was just "dangling" and not securely in place. Turns out that the part where the suction cup connects to the mount bracket has deteriorated to the point that the bracket part no longer holds. Not able to fix it either. So it's get a new bracket, or finally replace.
