Someone was trying to tell me today that mozzarella cheese was a better choice for a grilled cheese sandwich than cheddar or American.
Don’t worry, I think he’ll be quite safe once the angry mob carrying pitchforks and torches have securely locked him in the nearest isolated tower for his own protection.

I like to mix a few cheeses in my grilled cheese sandwiches. I'll use a combo of American, Cheddar, and Mozz makes a nice mix of flavor and "gooey".
