Happy birthday, Wes Craven!
To celebrate, Saturday #Scarefest #WatchParty is dedicating August to the films of Craven, starting this Saturday, 8/25/23, with his two entries in the Elm Street franchise (and a surprise third bonus feature).
Join us at 8:00 PM US Central for A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), followed at around 10:15 by New Nightmare (1994) and supplemented with the 2013 behind-the-scenes documentary Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy.
I picked this up to help me celebrate #WesCravenMonth as it was recommended to me some time ago as “the” book to read on Wes. Anyone have other recommendations? Be that as it may, I’m about to dive right in!
