In the last 2 years of mostly isolation, we've managed to get out of more than one abusive relationship, learned how to set and enforce boundaries, released a comic, made and released 2 albums, 8 EPs and setup releases for another 4, built a website (phdm.co.nz), a radiostation and an online shop. We've recovered after 6 months of being completely physically crippled from a spinal injury and got a diagnosis for adhd. Now we're moving to the other end of the country and in a healthy relationship.
