"Night Stockers" by Kristopher Triana and Ryan Harding is a great example of a novel in the genre.
@thudfactor I think we could come up with a pretty long list if we tried. The best one I can think of off the top of my head is The Mist. Oh, Crawl had a good scene with a few people getting eaten by gators in a convenience store…
Grocery store horror. Or put it in an IKEA and it becomes “stôr-horror.”
