I will always remember Shelly Duvall for her practically flawless performance as Olive Oyl in the Live Action Popeye movie. She had the look, voice and mannerisms down cold, her her musical number "He Needs Me" is so jaw-droppingly close to how it would have been done in animation that I was floored by it. Animators (including my own mother) were floored. She also sings a song called "He's Large" which is so damned funny in the context of the movie.

When she was on, she was a GREAT actress.

@Bix He's really good solo in a small intimate setting. I've seen him that way and it's worth it. He tells stories and interacts with the audience.

In all fairness I've seen him with a band too and that's also excellent.
