Just because it's my birthday I'm not taking the week off for new music, and whoo boy there's a TON out this week. So....

Am I mis-remembering things or can Katy Perry actually sing? I seem to recall that she can actually sing, and sing well.
Been working my way through her new album, and aside from it being, well, dull for the most part, she is auto-tuned on nealy every note.
This may be a production choice, but I am of the very strong opinion that singers should sing.
I'm only a decent singer but I've never used auto-tune, and never will.
