I just heard about the passing of Gary Wright, and what an immense talent. He's also the man who gave Steve Porcaro his first gig. He's the skinny kid playing multiple keyboards at the same time in the video below, including the keyboard bass strapped around his neck..

A fair number of unsigned artists will be featured on Radio Free California tomorrow, as well as a couple in Spanish and one in Japanese. And oh yes, one smokin' jazz tune too.

I might be putting my first ever foriegn language album on the Album Show next week. I just discovered an artist named Aleph Soul and their new album "El Puente" and I am just hooked.
My understanding of Spanish is stereotypically American Terrible, but these songs sound awfully good.
