Good evening and good morning everyone! I got straight to work this morning and have barely stopped to cook.

Thanks to those of you who participated in my poll yesterday! I have another one.

Which of these scares you most?

Hello CoSos! Good morning and good night. πŸŒ… πŸŒ† I hope you have a lovely start and pleasant dreams.

The weather here is rather undecided. I got a lot done yesterday and none of it was what I had planned to work on. πŸ˜† Today, I'm just going to lock myself in my office until I'm caught up. πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»

Here's a poll for you.

@SalK Very much so here. It's also getting lighter a lot later. Only a few weeks ago it would be bright out by 5:00 am and today after six the sun is lazily pondering the notion of rising.

I completely messed up the daily but did pretty well on the deluxe waffle.

Only now I'm craving a real waffle. 🀣

@Mandypar That's true! I'm also working on those interactive branching stories for Tales, which is an extra-fun challenge because of the coding involved. I'll still miss my Jerks, though. Who knows, maybe I'll pick it up again sometime.

Good night and good morning Hope you have a restful night and a pleasant morning. It's Monday again, which means more time spent on the keyboard for me. πŸ‘©β€πŸ’» This week, I have two big reports to finalize. Sheltered with the Jerk, my sixth book in the Jerks of Miami series releases on Wednesday. Sadly, it's the last of that series. I'm really going to miss it. Writing that one was loads of fun.

@MisterE Then, I edit the story as a reader, ensuring I don't have loose ends. I edit the story again, as an editor, to ensure it's in a good form to submit to my publishers. Then they edit it and find some things I should improve, and I do that. The rest is up to the readers. I do consider reader feedback as I plan new stories.

@MisterE I think of the key chain of events that lead to that conclusion, I get into my characters' heads, then I just start writing. It's often a battle to get characters back on track to the conclusion when they add complications, but that's the fun part. πŸ˜†

@MisterE It took me years to figure it out, but in the end, I write fiction as I do non-fiction. I write the blurb first, which is a brief on the story. As a journalist, I pitch stories the same way. I have to have the hook up front. Otherwise, there's no story.

Good morning to the CoSos rising with me, and good night to those who will soon go to bed. It is a grey, misty day, and I am in the mood to write dramatic scenes. I've been thinking of writing Gothic horror for a while now. I may start.

Good morning and Good Night ! A lovely grey little Saturday morning here. Hoping to catch up on my creative writing and finish a few chores. Hope you have a lovely start to your weekend!

@opie There's apparently a different site (absurdle.xyz) that randomly adds letters and annoyingly can't solve its own puzzle. I lost because the answer was water (obviously a five-letter word), and it refused to accept 8-letter words starting with water. 😑 I'm bookmarking your link. TY! 😊

@Ardy Yes, I definitely felt like yesterday was Monday. Somebody just took the other days. Who is this time thief? πŸ˜†
