The problem with letting media organizations handle the staging of presidential #debates is that decisions on who asks the questions, what questions are asked, and the rules and format of the debates are decided with reference to the media network's bottom line: What gets ratings? What brings in advertisers? What entertains the audience?

Not what informs and educates the electorate.
