I'm sure the women of Texas feel so relieved that when the question of whether they will be allowed to survive a obstetrical disaster is being argued by two men, at least one of those men is speaking in favor of it.
We could solve the immigration problem within a couple years if the penalties were on people who hire them instead of the migrants themselves. No one is going to alienate the folks who want their cheap labor.

They're supporting mass deportation as the solution to the immigration problem when they support Trump for president. That's his main issue.
It's disappointing that otherwise intelligent conservatives can't seem to see the consequences implicit in choosing a short term course of action.

No, if you are promising to find and expel them all, you'll have raid the homes and businesses employing them. Which means you're also barging into all the OTHER homes and businesses to check for them, too. #politics

Just a quick update since I still have lesson plans to make for tomorrow.
Western NC news is reporting that a single individual who made threats to FEMA workers in Rutherford County has been taken into custody and that rumors of a militia are untrue.
I saw multiple postings on CoSo about armed militants in pickup trucks hunting FEMA workers in Rutherford County. The posts were conspicuously silent on any details. As per usual this was not the whole truth.
