It's called chorea. Huntington's chorea is the classic case. Do we know what his parents died of?
You can also see it with an overdose of parkinson's drugs, or if someone takes antipsychotics a long time and withdraws.
He gets an involuntary movement, then he reacts to try to make it not look like it was involuntary.

Looks like his parents lived to ripe old ages, so maybe he's overdoing the Parkinson's meds.

I feel sorry for his condition but it makes me wonder even more about his lack of empathy and far right ideas. His siblings claim it isn't from his raising.
