I sometimes can't help bu feel like I'm a bad father figure and that I'm a bad husband.
I know this is just the bad parts of my brain trying to make me feel bad, and I fight them. But it doesn't change the fact that the thoughts still are there.
@carver Don't think of "bad" or "good." You're on a journey to always improve. Are you progressing on our journey? I'm guessing that if you're having self-doubts, you're actually in the process of assessing and making improvements.
